Light Burn?

HELP! Is this light burn. HLG 300L R-Spec LED (wattage output 90-270) at full blast 24" from canopy. Kind Soil, water only grow. 2 x 4 x 6 grow tent. Raised light to 30" and cut wattage to 75%. HLG recommends 18" at 100% power for flower.

Looks like typical leaf yellowing during bud. If it were light burn the tops would be more affected and that doesn't seem to be the case.
 
It's not light burn. It's a nutrient deficiency. super soil will only provide nutrients for the first 3 - 4 weeks then you need to start adding nutrients if you want healthy fat buds. If you haven't checked the PH of the water then that is an issue as well.
Skipping steps and hoping for a good yield is what many first time grows do. Chucking seeds in soil, watering them and keeping a light on them will certainly make the plant grow but unless you like smoking fan leaves, the buds will be small (if any) and will not be very potent.
