HELP! Leaf issues - yellow spots, tips browning

Having issues with some leaves getting yellow spots, on others the tips are browning. I was growing 6 plants in three buckets but 4 turned male and were swiftly discarded. I'm thinking a deficiency of some kind, phos or mag? Not sure what exactly is in the powdered nutrients I use, received them from a grower a while back. I've used the nutrients throughout other grows and never had an issue like this. Watering schedule is around once every three days, nutrients with the third watering. Growing in five gal buckets with soil some grower mixed up. Running two 450w leds with two t5 bulbs to assist. Been using this setup for almost three years and this is the first time I've encountered an issue quite like this with the leaves.

Hello jrich8477, welcome to the GWE forum ! hope to provide the info your looking for . Can you ph your soil to check if it is around 6.5 when it runs off to see if your roots are taking up all nutes available?
Also how wet is your soil when you water? Your watering may be washing out your soil of nutes depending upon your media makeup and what you water with. It appears to be a deficiency.
Iron Deficiency I Would ph your soil to 6.5 give them a good feed and feed, feed and then flush/just water. The pots you have, do they have good drainage to help dry out the bottom? Lot of questions but they will help in trying to determine you problem. Good Growing !!

I’ll definitely check the run off next water cycle, should be tomorrow. I usually do the knuckle check on the soil before watering, usually dry-ish. Each bucket has five holes in the bottom and I just picked up some stands so the buckets are off the ground and have adequate space below for the water to drain. Thanks for the suggestions, I’ll get them nutrients for the next few waterings and see how the plants progress.

Just out of curiosity what soil are you using? Seems to be alot getting this issue. I have my ideas but what soil is it.

Also watering with nutrients every 3rd water is probably not enough.

It’s some compost mix this grower gave me. Not sure what’s in it but it has been working well for my previous grows.

What did you change from your last grows ?

The only thing was I had two plants per pot this grow, ended up sprouting way too many seeds. Everything else stayed the same. Probably did not add nearly enough nutrients to account for the extra plant.

Just my preference but I use new soil each grow.

Based upon your statement, size of pot/plastic(roots grow circular in plastic pots can become root bound), 2 plants/root systems in one pot, low feed rate could be your problem. Thats a tough balance! Feed as need.

Was able to check the drainage ph after nutrient feed and it looks good, right between 6-7. I’ll give em another nutrient feed in a day or so and hope they bounce back.
