12m²? You had a 40 ft square grow room! If you spent 6 month and expect 2 years more, it sounds like you got off easy. But then I'm from Texas.
 
Wow...that sucks!
I was just showing a local deputy sheriff my latest run. He says unless a neighbor is complaining they don't care about pot plants.

May I ask what state this is in??? I need to stop being so non shalaunt about growing bc I act like it's completely legal here in Ky.
 
Wow Nartac that sucks , I live in Mass where its legal and it still worries me . My biggest worry is the outside grows,those are completely illegal ,I keep the #of plants in one location under the legal limit hoping that if I get busted I can talk my way out of it but we all know how easy that will be. If they want you they will find a way .well glad your back
 
For all of us legal or not, busted or not, the Federal gov and Sessions are still alive and out there..Paranoia is a proper attitude.

Hey Nartak, any idea how you got on their radar?? I live in a VERY conservative state and have tried to keep a low profile but it can be hard not to want to show off the fruits of my labor. I showed my Brother-in-Law one of my grows and he takes a photo with his phone and I immediately think, "not good". Later on we are hanging out and he shows his buddy the photo. When his friend said "holy shit, who is growing that" he points at me!!! I pulled him aside and made him delete the photo under theat that Christmas was coming and there would be no stocking stuffers if he ever did that again!! Good luck with your upcoming trial. What a shame it is that growing is considered "manufacture" and a felony, even small grows!

You are also right about snitches, all it takes, is one of those chicken sh-t, cowards, to take down a whole city.I do hope you find out for sure, who it was. And best of luck.
