Is my plant ready to harvest?

Hi guys, from what I see - my plant is ready for harvest, but I wanted to double check with you all. I did an outdoors grow (first grow). The plant is taller than me, but the buds remained somewhat small. It looks like all hairs on buds have turned dark. I looked at trichomes through a loupe but can't really tell if they are cloudy.

Hi sofia, the pistils look right, and you have no way of looking at the trichomes, and if you think it's the right time... I'd like to see the triches, but...

I'd suggest another loupe; some of them are terrible, but some cheap ones work quite well.

You have just begun the harvest window- as the trichomes are mostly cloudy at the mushroom top and some are beginning to topple off to the side, but some clear are very noticable.
I do not see any amber when I blow up the pics- which tells me you are getting close to the maximum THC content.

I would let it go another week, AT LEAST- but cut when the first ambers appear for the strongest content.

If you want a more sleepy effect- wait until you see numerous ambers- you will get more product, but it's a matter of preference.

Sometimes I harvest when all trichomes are cloudy- sometimes I wait for one amber and other times I shoot for 10-15% amber- depending on the strain and how I am going to use it.

Thank you guys for the great feedback! I listened to Weed Pharma's advice and waited another week. At this point the tips on one of the buds have turned dark (first pic). I still don't see any amber trichomes. At this point should I keep waiting a few more days?

It'd be up to u u can harvest all cloudy for more uplifting buzz or wsit for more amber do u can get a more relaxed buzz

Sorry ,but I can't see any trichs in your pictures, next time try to get a close-up picture of your buds.
