Yeah I'd say so. I typically use a bigger solo but she looks ready to be out of that cup
Be careful watering her for a few days after transplant, I tend towards less water more often for seedlings, and water around them rather than right at their base..

Yeah man... make a nice nest of damp soil for her ans drop her in. Water alittle.... use you finger ans feel the soil. If it's dry water it. Good luck.
