I have a problem

hi. I'm in week 3 of flowering. looks like my plant have a problem, this things spreading out on the leafes. maybe you know how I can help to the girl? I tryed to add more of calmag, but it didnt help. I drow in soil

Can you post a picture of the whole plant? I agree that it looks like a Calcium or Magnesium issue. The cause could be the obvious lack of Calcium and Magnesium, pH being out of range, or a lack of Potassium and Phosphorus that is throwing off the harmonious nutrient balance that allows for Calcium and Magnesium uptake. In flower your fan leaves only tell 1/2 the story, we need to see bud sites to get a better overall picture of what stage your plant is in.
