Yes. leave them in the basket, make sure the roots are really nice and white and healthy before you put them in the coco. Also make sure to wash your coco really well with a regular feed of Cal/Mag before you mix it or plant into it directly. The roots will grow out of the pots into the coco no problem, you just want to make sure to reduce the shock of their new home/environment. And coco needs a lot more Cal/Mag and often chelated iron than regular hydro or soil. The roots will go where the water is- they should spread throughout the pot. Hope all goes well.
