HELP! How to top

I don't know why but all my nodes on each shoot are un even. I'm trying to mainline my plant, I'm half way done but I don't know if I can top it now with the nodes being like they are. 3/4 shoots are like this

May I suggest that you dont top it? Bend and tie over the whole plant. Then you can tie down the branches similar to a mainline.

I say you can still top the baby. Just make sure your chosen mains or nodes are the same height with lst. I usually supercrop the node thats the highest, it gives the lower one a day or two to bulk up to the higher ones size

So are you saying just stay at 4 shoots and just finish with some lst to get some extra shoots coming up? That's kind what I was thinking
