    The cleanse was not a sweat although i have performed these myself.It was a incense room with native prayer, it was very becoming. And the dinner was salted fish, bean bread, pan bread with non rising cornmeal and for dessert sasafrass root with berries and woodland nuts. I absolutely loved spending that time eoth my grandmother!

    Excellent i think youll enjoy the results it will provide. My basment is a muggy mess chose my spare room for summer and basment for winter.
