How old are you ?

You know it Carlsoti,, i flow them back in the 90,, both RC and full size, and i can tell you there is nothing like it.

My dad wasn't there for me. I was raised by my grand parents and was lucky for that. They never told me much of anything, just gave me a place to live and all the love i could stand.

When we are on our death bed it wont be the things we did that we will regret, but the things we didn't do.

I know what you mean. I thought most people that grew and smoked were all younger. Thats the reason i started this thread.
I wanted to see just how old some of the other people on here were. And it's been very reward to see all the old blades out there coming to the front and sharing their wisdom.

Ya know...for us old farts..if I only knew that my mother never felt old inside either I could have been a better friend to her
My late 30s early 40s children don't get it either.
I just keep saying you're gonna miss me when I'm gone (shithead).

64. Retired after 40 years of Corporate Life. Daily smoker (except for dry spells and drug tests) since I bought my first matchbox for $7 in 1970 in Deep South Alabama. Very little or no use of any other substance except beer. MMJ always quieted my mind and helped me focus and concentrate. Currently living in a blood-red state where I don't expect legalization in my lifetime although a certain pig-tailed re-headed stranger down here gets a wink and a nod when caught smoking weed while black boys might get free room and board for a while. Sorry for the downer comment but I just got back from voting and am in a foul mood and have been this whole election cycle. Like someone on this forum said, it's time to "get back to the garden ".

I live in Floriduh, and hope we get the 60% we need this time to get Medical legalized. We will be the first in the Bible belt to do so. For my self, i dont care either way because i grow and smoke regardless,, but there are a lot of sick people down here that need it, and a lot of stupid people that vote NO only because they are ignorant of the facts. Don't get me started.

Amen to that. I only have one,, she is 46 and thinks im the coolest dad ever. But then again i was her GUY for years.

Really? I mean think about it what young person wants to wait for something to grow the harvest it and cure it? They want it now lol and I should know I used to be that way. The reasons why I grow is 1 I love weed but the cost for street weed is overpriced and 2 I just love growing plants, before I grew weed I grew roses and other plants so I took advantage of what I already knew and combined it with gwe and here we are today.

Agreed! People don't realize there was a draft back then. I got lucky and had a high number in the first lottery. My Brother, not so much. He was only 19 for his first tour and wasn't welcomed home with open arms. Took that memory to his grave...

I know you will really enjoy your retirement. I know i did and do to this day. Its a feeling of freedom unmatched by anything else.

Gordo, my daughter and I have a similar relationship. She never wanted anything to do with pot until she went to college. Now I'm the Bees knees. My son in law thinks he died and went to heaven, having a father in law that grows weed.

Just got back from Panama City Beach Flawda last week. Keeping my eye on the MMJ vote and the Solar Power vote down there. Hope the MMJ passes.

I've always been who I am. Kids are just a different kind of high but they eventually grow up and leave. My cannabis would never to that to me!
