You want to look at the teichomes on the bud the ones on the leaves mature faster and will give you a false positive

The bud pic shows new and many white hairs and you want to see at least 1/2 turn dark- before you even look at trichomes.

I can't see your pictures well enough, but I've had a couple of plants that were ready or very close, and when those new ,white ,straight hairs, started popping out, they started foxtailing in a day or two.Looks to me like yours are about too.
Have you been having high temperatures?

Yeah have had issues with high temp throughout just waiting to chop at the right moment but its really difficult cant pinpoint when its ready to chop

Get a Jewelers Loop, Is the only way to be sure.

Look at the buds, not the leaves. When all your trichomes are milky looking, not clear. Then you can think about harvesting.

Sorry but I can't see your trichs very good.
How many days old is your plant ?
If she continues throwing white pistils, you might have to harvest her.
Is she still drinking water, are the buds still getting larger ?
I sure wish I could see your trichs though. But I'm thinking you are very close, in the harvest window maybe, but can't tell for sure.
You could always take a sample, and see how it is?

Plants are 8weeks and 2 days since breaking soil, still drinks the water, buds look like they habe stopped growing larger. Not sure what to do yet shall i let it keep going for a few more weeks stems are very heavy
