If you have a friend in heating and air the furnace fans al.ost never die. So you can get one for free. So you can probably set it up to air out 1000 square feet for under 150 or 200.

Dialing in the grow environment is one of the biggest challenges of growing really good bud. Because I wanted to be able to keep grows going all year round, I switched from HID bulbs to LED. That reduced the temps a lot. My grow room is a spare bedroom in my house, so it's air conditioned when it's hot outside. In addition to changing bulbs, I keep a humidifier, a dehumidifier, an oil circulating heater, and chillers for my two hydro reservoirs.

I invested a chunk of change in all of this equipment, but I never wanted to grow mediocre bud. I wanted to create the conditions under which I could grow really good bud. Otherwise, it wasn't going to be worth it to me. I can just go out and buy some schwag....
