How do you know if your plant is at flowering stage?and what can I do to get the best buds for a outdoor plant?

Those white pistils tell you it has begun. Read up. Lots and lots to learn. It is impossible to ever learn it all.

I'd get a jeweler's loupe to check for pistils...you could also use a cell phone camera but I haven't had great luck with that method, loupes are relatively cheap.

Yes. Wait. Your not done yet. In the plus side it will really fatten up.

Yes wait, you got still at least a month, and by that time, like Redwasp says they will be much larger and heavier.
