OK, So I would like to figure out how to have all this displayed at the bottom of everything I post at some point lol but I am vegging in a 4.5 x4.5 x 7.5' closet, with T5's to begin with, then will move them over to a 4x4x7 bloom tent with 2 platinum Led P600's a 6" inline fan carbon filter setup pretty sweet tower fan running in there too.
Trying to decide my medium atm. last run used a pure promix hp thinking to go with coco this time mixed with extra perlite

Following! Love coco & perlite & 5 gal pots. I have used GWE chart for GH Flora trio & Terpinator..now using Canna Coco but thinking of returning to GH . Lots of reasons which I will post in my journal next time.
Congrats on being a new daddy:)

All except 1 of the Sour Strawberries was poking out about 1/4 inch... planted it anyways. Saw these cute tiny little planters at local garden shop and thought they would work to sprout in nicely. There in a 50/50 happy frog/promix hp medium thinking to go with soil this time but didnt want to burn the babes so halfed it till there ready for it. I also transplanted the gsc clone to a 3gal smartpot hasnt really started to reveg much yet with lights on 24hrs. Will keep posted on any heads popping up and first cotyledon leaves

SB#1.. That seed shell looks to be on there pretty tight! I guess if doesnt pop off by tomorrow may see about helping her out. Most are popping up only a couple stragglers that I may have planted slightly deeper idk. Feeling good about these girls 💚 GSC clone is slow to reveg. Hope it doesnt stress her too much because her momma is beautiful!

Ok. Some notes on today. On the bright side.. all my babies are smiling up at me.. also was given lil bby cloner of my friends GG#4! Sadly clippped most of her wig when I attempted to help SB number one shed the seed shell... and it wasn't happening... going to let her go see what happens. It was just such a huge fat seed that sprouted and had a huge root coming out I'm really sad I feel like a bad Papa.

Note to self perhaps burying the seeds slightly deeper will help them shed the seedshell on the way up to the surface. Lesson learned. Still a good day

I've also helped seeds with an exacto but it always ends up being mutant. I came up with a better way to ensure they break out of there. As the seed rises off the ground it gets dry and hard. So I fill a syring with plain water and I moist with a little drop every 2 hours or so. It works well shoud give it a try. In sure that plant is going to survive :)

Interesting I'll definetly try that. I typically let the root pop out alittle more than I did this time as well so they have longer to soak in the papertowels maybe that helps some?
