Did I understand correctly that they are outside in the sun? If so they will start flowering as the days get shorter. However even a street lamp or small.porch light etc can keep them from flowering.
I have 1 I set out in the sun each morning, and bring it in each evening, keeping it at 12/12, on the northern side of our planet the days are growing shorter, flowering will soon begin.
