Can anyone tell me why I have leafs falling off and looking kike this?

Is it only happening to the leaves that are no longer receiving any light (near the bottom and far from the LEDs)? If a leaf hasn't been getting light for a while, sometimes the plant "abandons" them. Are there any other symptoms, or symptoms on the upper/newer growth?

yes I got some leaves doing this. (see attachment)

It's possibly low in nitrogen.

How is the health of your roots? Is the water temperature 70 F or under? Any light getting at the roots? Next, is your ph staying in range and are you using cal-mag? I know I've asked lots of questions but if we have this information it will be easier to help figure out the problem.
