definitely a boy and the flowers are starting to open up so they can spill pollen. Do you have any females close? If so get rid of male now.

Def male... U gotta watch for those lil pods that almost look like buds but more like seed pods but first sign of that get them out of there... U may have already germinated ur other plants as far as that male along ... Put a plastic bag over it before u do anything n b real careful not to shake it or whatever to knock off any pollen... Good luck next time buy feminized seeds or clones man ... Way less stress when u kno they good n don't have to worry bout males
