HELP: New plants stunt growth

Hello all, this is my 5th trial of growing, i was trying to learn from my mistakes in the previous trials and read almost all kinds of topics.
So I made the setup pretty much as it should be, when my new babies started to sprout I put them in a disposable plastic cups, that was 5 days ago, but since the 3rd day I noticed that the firat tiny couple leaves looks burn and curled up in 2 of them and the other one still can't remove off the seed cover yet, then I removed it by myself after 2 days and found the first leaves are wrinkled inside.
I'm watering once a day with drops, I thought maybe I'm overwatering even though it's a small cup with good drainage. So I decided to water every 2 days instead but nothing have changed.
It's the 6th day now and they stopped growing since the 3rd day.
Please help I don't want to lose them!

Again Root issues, how much water? What is the soil? how many drain holes in the cup bottom? How many up the side? The stretch is not enuf light, add soil up to the baby leaves before they fall over..
 
I third the motion... not enough or the wrong light/distance.... I would add the possibility of hot soil and or overwatering... they probably don't need to be watered but about once every 3-6 days,and that mostly depends on the soil used
 
Guys above have great advice. Imo, your plants is not ready for the intensity of a led light, right now it should be under a cfl or t5. I am not a big fan of plastic cups I prefer a peat pot that can be planted in a large container when the time comes. Peat pots also don't retain as much moisture reducing the chances of root issues. It's kind of strange because your plants are stretching really bad which means you don't have enough light but your picture looks like it is taken under an led, again I think if you go with a t5 or cfls closer to the plant you will have better success.
 
Thank you all, I can see that the most advices is about the light, it's full spectrum led ship I've added another one yesterday. I wasn't planning to start with this light, so I've ordered a cold white panal long time ago now, but it's not delivered yet. So is it cool to leave it with this current light until I get the new one or put them under the sunlight instead?
FYI, the weather is really hot now (~35-40°C) and the sunlight lasts for about 5hrs direct on my balcony.
Regarding the stretches, it was since the germination when they got a leak of light by mistake found them like this next day. I stabled the longest with a stent until they grow strong.
 
This is how they look today and the third one stayed the same.
I've removed the extra led light (only one 50w led remaining + I'm not able to provide CFL or T5 at the moment) but kept the same distance about 30cm or should I change it?
Also I will start to water them every 3-6 days as you adviced.

Morning BobCh while your working on growing a seedling do try and gather some large enough grow containers, proper soil to grow MJ. We love helping new growers who really put the effort into the correct needs of the plant.
 
They look like they are trying to come back already. You can add soil to your cups to support them and shorten the stems.
This is my light schedule or plan whatever you want to call it... obviously it's your choice to even read it. I'm not a professional or a genius just thought I'd share....
I use my quantum board LEDs all the way from seeds just put it up high like 30-35 inches watch your seedlings if they start to stretch lower the light. Once you get the 2nd mutifinger leaves lower the light to like 25 inches keep that distance (I add my blurple lights when I repot them into 5 gal pots) until you switch to 12/12 I let them grow to the light until about 16-18 inches away and keep that distance until ripe.

MeEasy thank you for sharing I might consider your plan in my next generation hopefully, I did already change the set of light to CFLs at this young age to be at the safe side, I will return to the LED in late vegetative maybe if it's possible.

This is the new light (4*40w) about 30cm distance from the plants.
I just wanna say that it's all hand made and I'm kinda proud of it :) but I'd be happy to hear any kind of comments if it's good to go or should I make some more adjustments.

They look good them lights mate just move them closer u can have them right on top put your hand above plant if u can hold there for 15sec your good ifhand feel ok u need to maybe repot them so u can put soil up stem so they dont snap mate hope this helps mate good luck
 
Those lights can be put down like 3-5 inches away from your plants if you can put your hand there without it getting to hot it's ok for the plant as well. To add some humidity you can simply hang a wet towel in the room just keep airflow around it or it can mold wash it out good when it dries and hang it back up. This is if you don't have a humidifier lol of course. I had to start off this way oh and if it becomes to moist you can wet only half of the towel next time

EDIT = when you transplant them you can cover the long stems with soil to stabilize them

Well, lights are dangled down to 5" and right it's not that hot.
I will definitely use the towel thing for humidity even though I do have a humidifier that doesn't change a lot in moist dunno why maybe it's too small. So what's the ideal humidity % for my plants? And if does it change by growth?
On the other hand I filled up the cups with soil but didn't cover much of the stem still bit leggy, so as you said guys I will cover them properly when I transplant them to their bigger pots.

As long as you keep your fans running you will be ok between 40-60% under 50 during flower. This is mainly to keep any mold from growing. Once the girls get bigger it's hard to keep the humidity down just remember airflow is the most important thing. If you ever see mold anywhere hydrogen peroxide (brown bottle from the store works) 2 tbsp in a hand sprayer with water distilled is best but ph tap water will work. Peroxide is good for pest control to, I spray my entire grow area with this mix including plants once a month as preventive care and it gives the girls a good shot of oxygen.
 
Well great info that I really need about humidity, I actually used the wet towel technique and it worked smoothly and humidity slightly increased to above 40% awesome, I was worried about this matter now it's solved thanks a lot MeEasy, and I have 2 mini fans inside running all the time plus 1 fixed ventilation fan, all to keep the airflow. I don't see any molds and the environment around the green tent is small clean room with AC, so is it possible to find molds or pests in such environment? If so I'll try to get that brown bottle and start being preventive tho.
