Have you been checking the pH? That's the most common reason to see nutrient deficiencies. The fact that your tips are yellow make me think it might be a deficiency like possibly
copper, but honestly it doesn't really look like any deficiency I've ever seen.
In my experience, if you're worried you might need to transplant, it's probably a good idea. Rootbound plants can display odd symptoms, and bigger rootspace will support a bigger plant

Since they're in the vegetative stage, now is a perfect time to transplant! Another thing to consider is sometimes two-tone leaves are
genetic. Similar symptoms can also occasionally be from
disease, but that's really rare especially if you haven't been in contact with other plants since it can only travel from plant to plant, or by someone handling an infected plant. It doesn't travel through the air or anything.
Is it happening most to the parts of the plant close to the grow light?
Besides the yellowing, overall how does the plant look? It actually looks like it's still pretty healthy as far as I can tell from the picture
