Uggh....i see it now....F#@k! i'v never dealt with them, somebody might chime in here. i have no suggestions other than maybe a flamethrower?

Ouch I'd answer but it's best to look them up on GWE main site. But disinfect everything and follow multiple bug treatments, and keep going long after you stop seeing them. But neem oil, sm90 if your lucky and can get it, alcohol mixtures, etc etc. You have lots of options since your not in flower.
