First off i want to thank everyone for being kind and helpful. Just joined the forum a couple days ago and am super glad i did. The wealth of knowledge and experience of the people in this forum is awesome and the tone of this forum is positive and constructive which is rare and beautiful.

So...just wanted to do a kinda introduction since im new to the forum. I have been growing with the help of the GWE website for about a year and LOVE the site. I don't usually do forums and originally joined because I had no idea what kind of freak Sour Diesel plant i had and thought someone could shed some light on it. I can be a little spazzy at times and find my foot in my mouth a lot but genuinely want to learn and also love trying to help even though sometimes im just wrong so don't be afraid to correct me if i mispeak. My interest in growing marijuana is currently a hobby but have thought about getting into the commercial biz at some point. I love animals and may randomly post pics of my boxer Bella. I hope in time i will be able to provide guidance to others through the experience i am getting now. I look forward to learning more from you all! Thanks for being super! :big-smile:
 
This place is all about help and kindness. Everyone is super cool. I think I am the biggest dick head here so far...lol.. this community will become your family quickly!!

I'm in a similar position having done several micro grows prior to discovering GWE about 1.5 years ago. After reading the tutorials posted by SiriusFourside and NebulaHaze I had no choice (tech lust and curiosity made me do it) but to upgrade my setup and try the Mainlining technique. I had amazing results and no want to give NebulaHaze single top Mainlining method a try in my next grow.

I came here as there are loads of growers with experience in different areas and I wanted to round out my knowledge and give a little back to the community where I can.

I saw your post 'Weird Looking Plant' post and was totally baffled, never seen that before. It was great reading the responses from Green75 and 9fingerleafs, awesome thread!

Glad you came with the attitude of helping where you can we need to pass on anyone can do this and it's not complicated or to expensive. Now having this forum you can ask and get non biased opinions it's like a dream I've always wanted.................... Have fun and enjoy this family its marvelous to have.
 
Hello Tersky. Glad you joined the forum. And I know from experience that no question is too stupid to ask. I've asked some silly ones, that one would think would be basic general knowledge and have always been greeted with kind and generous answers. Good luck and wishing you huge success in your growing endeavors.
 
If your our worst member we be just fine, observing your skill has made me a better gardener, so far your opinions and guidance has been dead on. Many grows saved, none harmed, thanks to you and the advise of the other members.

Hi Tersky, this forum is supercool, you couldn't have found a better bunch of green fingered friends anywhere imo, I don't post advice often because I am not even through my first grow yet but I'm ALWAYS learning, welcome aboard and don't be afraid to ask mate, the folks round here are really friendly:)
 
Hey tersky, same here first time grower and forum(er?). I have to admit that I was expecting a bunch of snobby growers here since most forums (420 and others) seem to be plagued by them. What I found here are just genuine humans willing to help out anyone. And even you grumpy green😜 you are awesome too with your advice! Seriously though the no ego loving and helping community promoted by the founders and maintained by all its members is just simply a dang beautiful thing. Plus growing is a bit of a lonely endeavor who else you're gonna be geeking out with?

Takes the new guy to point something out to us......I never noticed that either! LOL Although I have to say, I'm not sure my description is quite accurate. LOL
