Harvesting over several days?

I have 2 Strawberry Cough which are in 8th week of flowering, many fan leaves have already yellowed and fallen off, Trichomes are predominatly cloudy ( I like a head high), with a few going amber. Also some of the larger sugar leaves are starting to yellow at the very tips. I would like to know is it possible to harvest over several days since my work schedule does not allow any days off until this weekend. Can I harvest a little at a time each day or should I wait until the weekend until I can harvest both plants on one day?? Thanks and appreciate any opinions. Yes have been flushing for over a week now and did a large flush 2 weeks ago (several gallons per plant)

In my opinion YES. Take your top buds if you can and the lower buds get the benefit of more light.
