Harvest Tomorrow Morning?

These are white widow photos that are 8 weeks 5 days from 12/12 flip (had many pre flowers at flip). Pictures taken with lights out in tent with iphone flash. Trichomes on the buds seem to be mostly cloudy, a few amber, a few clearish. Sugar leaves trichomes are mostly amber on the top buds, less so on the lower buds. I am thinking about harvesting these tomorrow morning before the lights come on and it will be a watering day tomorrow so I wanted to get them before I watered if they are ready, otherwise, I could wait another 3 days. I have sampled some of the smaller lower buds (about two joints worth) and it seems to be very potent, though it has been about 6 months since last partaking. I am looking for more of an up buzz and not couch lock. What sort of concerns me is the color of some of the sugar leaves, I am worried it might be time to harvest whether or not the trichomes are ready or not. I have been flushing for about a week and half.

thanks for taking a look and sharing your opinion /comments

Sorry, too busy drooling over here to be of much help. I kid but really I can't see enough to call it but I would guess that your window is opening now for the effects you desire, I would water at least once or twice more though.

I look for a less sleepy high as well and generally harvest when the trichomes match your description of mostly cloudy/ a few clear/ and a few amber.

They're beautiful. Can't really make a judgement without seeing close up what the trichomes look like so it's your call on when to go. I'm certain that you're not going to be disappointed if you harvest now. For future reference maybe hold back on one plant while you start the drying process of the others then compare after cure?

Thank you for your comments. I have 4 plants, pictures are from 2. The other 2 are 3 to 5 days behind these (have been from seedlings). I may let them go a little longer than these 2 are now. I can say this, I smoked one joint 2 nights ago from a lower bud on one of the 2 plants in the pictures and I still am feeling its effects so there must be some thc in them.
