Harvest/Taste/Smell

Plants taking tooo long to harvest And I haven’t been getting the taste OR smell that the strain should have. I get a good high but I would like some taste.
indoor grower 5+ years so still a newbie, 600 watt hps 7x4 tent good air flow heat 68 to 80 max, humidity hard to keep at 40%, very dry climate. Veg separate tent 6 to 8 weeks
using FF ocean forest and full line of Advanced Nutrients. (ph = 6.0-6.8)

By full line do you mean all the additives as well?

How do you figure they are taking too long? Like longer than what you are typically seeing on this phenotype? Or longer than the breeders recommended bloom time?
flavor has a lot to do with dry/cure. Mind walking us through your process after harvest?
