harvest question

It's my first harvest in-doors. Plant and top buds look great, pistils turned on main buds up top. Question: Can I cut the ready buds and leave the bottom buds to finish? What should I do? Starting my first auto's when this one finish's. Can't wait enjoyed the past 4 1/2 months with my Northern Light. Like any advise anyone has. Happy New Year To All!!

Yes you can,harvest those that are ready and keep watering & wait for the rest to mature.

10-4 that. Watch your trichomes on buds mid branch too . Cloudy trichomes are important for your decision on when to cut. Have a great time with your harvest!

What Primo said. You also can cut some a little early to get a head high and some a little later to get a couch locklock, lead in your ass high. Always check your Trichomes with a jewelers loop befor harvest. Then you always get the high you are looking for.

Also in agreement on spaced out harvests. Four of my last 6 grows had two harvests, and these were autos. Now that I'm training more to get all buds developing at same time, my current may not need that. Enjoy the bounty! 😊

Thanks to all the good advise, at 4:20, i'll be gong to visit with my "Girl" and do a little cutting of the four main nice size buds, leave the rest for another week or so. I'll keep in touch with results.
