Haha bags

I bought them just haven’t used them yet. They’ll get their first go round here in a few weeks though.
 
Hey Madman they work great when I used them I put them all inside of each other then put my clippings in and shook away I wouldn't do that again I think if you put one bag on a 5 gallon bucket and shake it that way, it will work better and you will have less of a mess on the outside of the bags because it really sticks to the outside. I would watch the tutorial on it and do it that way
 
Madman960 You get what you pay for with hash bags; the cheap ones just don't work well for very long. So I invested in a slightly more expensive one; I got a 73 micron here: http://www.bubblebag.com/store/OGM1.html

What you're thinking of doing is what I want to do on my next harvest: make dry ice hash and then decarb in in the Nova machine. Then press it???
 
ATU I think it would press better before you decarb it . I decarbed about 15 grams that was pressed already ,died it out pretty good ,I put small pieces under my tongue when I somewhere I cant smoke , Not as good as tincture
 
Thanks for the replies. I don't know what to do with hash. Just figured I would try making it and go from there. Decarb first then freeze all the trim and stuff before making the hash? Hash butter, oils, or tinctures? None of these?

No expert but I think it would be more efficient to collect the hash then decarb, since the volume of hash will be far less than all the trim, etc.
 
1 110 micro bag / 5 gal bucket works just fine ( Harvester's Edge) . If you are going to use more than 1 bad (micron size) I suggest one at a time not stacked.
I also bought this one and haven't used it yet. Smaller but I'll give it a try.
Kief/hash takes less time to decarboxylation than bud or trim.
Remember if you are going to cook with the kief that will do some decarboxylation also . If you over decarb you'll loose thc.

Madman I eat it,smoke it, make tinctures with it, lots of stuff to do with it I leave some unpressed to add a little to a joint now and then.
It would be much easier to decarb after making the hash you wont have all the volume that you would with trim
