Might have been preparing to go into the business legally, but they got him before first big grow. Can't assume. But he was right, will cost thousands to prove innocence.

$30 or $30,000. its all the same to me. some ppl just need to realize there are bigger problems in our neighborhoods than ppl growing. cardholders or not

There is not a medical patient in the world that needs $30,000 in grow equipment. If this guy is hiding behind his 'card' as a defense for a huge grow, he is just giving the rest of us a bad name.
