Maybe put it in a greenhouse and then see what happens??? Apparently, it looks like it wants to grow but is not unfurling the leaves very well and that is not a good sign of a healthy plant. There has to be something wrong with this picture your grow medium, water, nutrients used or all the other variable that come into play. This can't be right.

She's still filling out. Going to have to put her outside this week to induce flowering. As I understand she has a 10 to 11 week maturity. That will put her mid November which is when we usually get a freeze.
