If it is brown spots, it possibly could be lack of manganese and your pH level might not be correct (between 6.0-7.0) (Cal-Mag). You might want to start checking your pH AFTER you water from the drain pans or whatever you are using to catch the run-off. I use those yellow sticky traps but I was dealing with fungus gnats, get some ladybugs. I cannot tell you why they may be slow growing??? a number of factors could contribute to this, soil, nutrients (too much), pH (probably the culprit). I have one right now that is "slow" but very, very bushy and still has not showed it sex. I do not know why, just let it grow... I hope yours have improved since the last time we communicated, other that the brown spots... You should be in veg for 8 weeks and by this time, sex should start to show, but with autoflowers, they have their own schedule...

I looked at your pics and at least, to me, that is what it looks like. I had same issues. pH control and less nutrients and a good flush took care of my issues. These won't return, they are damaged but you should see new growth to replace the damaged ones... you can pull them off if needed.

Oh, by the way, I did some research and don't know if this would help you but also possibly may be suffering from lack of potassium...
