I'll send a picture tomorrow, but this is going to be my first Journal. 2 days ago literally I put 10 seeds into 10 rapid Rooter plugs, having previously soaked them for 6 hours and it water and KelpMax solution. They are already up today. It has not even been 48 hours. Kelp Max is what has done this. I will be posting pics as I go along, and asking a million and one questions. This is a pretty cool bored, and some very helpful members so far. Here we go!...
 
I said it's the KelpMax, but I had soaked the plugs in Inocucor prior to planting the seeds. THIS is a must have additive. All of my orchids and every plant that I have is bursting with growth because of this inocucor and kelp Max.

These plugs will go into 3 gallon 24 7 fabric pots, with kind soil in the bottom and Pro mix BX as the filler. This is my first grow well I was going to say my first grow with auto but actually it's pretty much my first grow.
2 Years ago I did 1 grow photo period Plants, but my teacher was actually is a sociopath, very narcissistic and paranoid.
I was so ignorant at how to grow this, and he left me hanging and I knew nothing that was going on. I had 16 Plants left in veg for 7 months before he bother to stop by. He was very paranoid, and didn't help me. Forbade me to go online and do any research, and only came around once in awhile in a very irritated manner, to blurt out what I should do. So my first grow really doesn't count. The night that the grow was harvested, I lost my daughter. She died in a car crash , alone . And I could not bear to stand the sight or smell of cannabis since then. March of 2016.

Anyway that's too much information. The point is is that I consider myself now learning properly and will definitely absolutely need anyone and everyone's help with this. So thank you all for your future advice...

Not sure what to say here. I can see you reaching out. Pm me. We can talk. Cant say im not broken too but know about loss. Sorry you lost your daughter. Wish I could help.

As far as growing if its in soil I may can help. The other i can just listen.
 
Thanks D.A.A.S.69 . As I said that was probably too much information. Anyway, so far 7 of the 10 are up. Might be 8 pretty soon. And already I am concerned that the first two to come up seem like they're getting quite long and tall. My lights are hanging probably around 3 ft from the plugs. Should I raise the tray that the plugs are in to get them closer to the light? I don't have pulleys to lower the lights.

"Teacher", Sounds like a person, with alot of problems, I hope he gets better, lol
But I sure am glad that you Found, GWE, if you really want to learn how to grow MJ, you are at the right place to learn !!
 
The lights are 300 watt LEDs. I planted the seeds Saturday evening, and they were up Monday morning believe it or not. I seem to be screwed up on who I'm answering but it seems to be okay that it's everybody!
 
Well I don't have pulleys. When I had raised the trick closer to the light I put it up on a little table. Then I read that I'm not supposed to do that so I lowered it back down. So the trail now is about little over 3 feet from the light. Are they too far away from the light now? Until I can figure out how to get a pulley system going the only way I can get them closer to the light is to put them on something taller then the table that they're on.
 
This is my concern. The first one up seems to be very stressed out and tall. These brand new seedlings that started on Monday morning are under 1 300 watt LED light, and it's about 3 feet from the seedlings. Should it be closer? I keep going around and around about this. This looks so stretched out to me.??

I don't have viparspectra at the moment I am using a Galaxy Pro 300 LED light over the 10 plugs. Within the next week or as they get older I will be using the other lights but at this point it doesn't make sense to have a whole bunch of Lights on a small bowl of 10 plugs.
 
D.A.A.S.69 , you had sent me a post either today or yesterday that has pictures of CFLs over your plants. That post is missing now from my thread. How does that happen? Can't find it in my private messages or anywhere at all. I find it extremely irritating.
