Greetings from Southern Oregon!

I have to keep keeping this short-only during breaks, lunch, etc. But I'm making excellent progress on cleaning the house and stealthifying the grow.

Closer-up of White jr in natural light, White-top (the actual top that I cloned to maintain as a mother) I will top her when she has 8 nodes: 3 or 4 for the top to clone again, and 2 bottom clones will leave 2 nodes for 4 growth tips that can be trained out wide and flat, but will also go live with a friend.

Also baby-pics of Moby Dick CBD and AK Auto, about 5 days in. Also roots coming out of Moby, I was worried that the previous algae scare would rear it's head again, so far, so good.

This waiting shit is hard.

Thanks to all still following: long delay, brief update. I just hired my first associate for my business, and shit just got real for me here in real life.

4 weeks into flower for Dairy Queen and her jr. Lots of small buds growing all over the place rather than fewer large colas, I over did it with FIM. This is still my first, so there's time. She's not getting much taller. I think it's too late to schwazz. The pistils are starting to get tiny fuzz.

I now have both 300watt (eq) GalazyHydro LEDs going on them. They seem happy, no burns, and the closet isn't getting too hot.

Moby Dick CBD is already huge! Like 8 inches across the 2nd pair of leaves. I moved her to a real bucket.

Dairy Queen Clone Mother, got topped and cloned. I'm doing the top and the two bottom branches to see if I can maintain the true top of this plant, and then the rest will go to friends.

AK Auto is now in a 3 gal smart pot, and I'm torn whether I'm going to top her or not. She just started her 4th node.

Another quick update:

Buds are slowly fattening, and getting a little glitter! Here's a close up of White Jr, the mini clone grow. She was originally cut from her mother on January 12[SUP]th[/SUP], and grown in coco-perlite-soil blend, and went into flower with her mother on Feb 4 or 5, so we're 4 weeks in.

This has got to be the hardest part of growing. Waiting for ripeness sucks, and there isn't as much to do, like training, adjusting, and basically messing around with it. And I keep running out of dispensary pot, hoping that each 1/8[SUP]th[/SUP] will be the last that I buy because I'll have my endless supply.

Good thing I started more seeds and clones!

What a little cutie!!! Patience, Khan, even though it makes me very sad to think of you having to go scrounge in the dispensary for pot...

Week 5: The buds are fattening and getting shiny! My hands get sticky when I'm trimming leaves, and it's the smell is fruity, but hard to place. It's like mango or passion fruit.

Long delayed update: They're not dead yet! We're starting to see some amber trichomes, I think I'll harvest some of her buds this weekend.
This has been a pretty haphazard grow. They've been getting Rx Green Solutions nutrients, also had 2 milk feedings, I'm using tyler_ hobbyist yeast water CO2 generator trick.

I've been flowering them under 2 GalaxyHydro 300watt (label) LEDs, but got a Roleadro 400watt COB light a week ago. I know it's totally subjective, but under the Roleadro and one of the galaxyhydros, they seem to be fattening up even faster!

Thanks, if anyone is still following.

Dude I'm here man! Joint in hand and 3foot bong strapped on my back! Where's the trim party at?!?!? They look beautiful dingus! and stinky as hell! Congrats man!

They look great! As far as harvest time, I think this weekend would be good for a more "in-your-head" effect, and possibly next weekend if you want more of a body relaxation effect. Sometimes it's fun to harvest part of the plant first, and then finish harvesting later, to get an idea of how the harvest time affects the potency!

It definitely makes sense that adding more light would cause buds to grow faster since light is like "food" to your plants and light levels are directly related to your overall yields! Looking good!

Thanks Lucky! I haven't been able to stay up on this journal, but the girls are happy thanks to all the great advice and friends here. Congratulations on your killer harvest! Your big dirty journal has been an inspiration, making me think, even if still completely unrealistically, about quitting my job to grow.

Thanks Nebula, especially for creating the coolest community of growers with the very best help. Deeply grateful!

It's also so much nicer to drool over fattening buds in natural color! I think it was Lucky or Tyler who said that waiting during dry and cure was even tougher than waiting for the right time to harvest. Being my first grow, I have yet to enjoy that anticipation in progress.
