Getting ready for curing

Hello Friends!

So the great awaiting has over!
I cut down my plant, hang it upside down for 4 days.
today I checked them, buds outside feel dry, small stems are snapping and bigger ones bending, so as I guess it is right time to start curing.
(Also I smoked little part and they are PERFECT! )

As I learned from GWE this is what Im going to do for curing and if I missed something I will be glad to hear your comments.

1. Putt all my buds in glass jars (70-80%full) - close jars
2. Put them in dry and dark space (Im thinking in my closet)
3. open them 3 times a day for couple of minutes and use this guide

Besides I want to know if it is possible to smoke them during the curing processes.
Also I terribly worry about mold and will be glad to hear all the tips to avoid it

Suggest you get at least one Caliber IV to rotate in your jars to ensure that you are below 65 degrees humidity inside the closed jar. ( the item is posted on GWE.
Often after jarring the humidity builds up and sometimes the buds need to be spilled out onto a flat surface to dry some more.

When you open the jars, gently move the buds around: you don't want them sticking to each other.

You can smoke them anytime you want but they may be a little bit too moist to smoke right off the jar. If you can plan ahead and leave for a few hours what you going to smoke to dry a bit more outside this jar. Maybe take a few buds for the day every morning

so this is jars Im using and you can see on the pic that I left some stems ( on which there are very small buds). Im i doing it right? Or I shlould remove all the stems.

The more stems there are, the slower it will dry, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, right? If you can keep your eye on the RH, and bring it down slowly once they are jarred, you get a nice slow "end of dry and begin to cure" phase. Of course get rid of the really big twigs.
