I agree with alltatup the PH being an issue, as well as water. I've used that type tester as well as a probe and they are not accurate enough for what you are growing. I'am also growing in organic soil and have found that after weeks of just watering the soil becomes washed out and no longer provides the nutes needed to grow. Adding organic food keeps the soil living and feeding allowing your plant to thrive while it keeps it organic. When you were using the pond water if it was not filtered for drinking it had many micro nutes feeding your soil (lots of organics in pond water). I came to the conclusion that if 1bag of organic soil feeds for aprox. 3 month that this changes when you only use 1/4 of the bag mixed 2-1 with perlite. How long does it feed now when you only water it ? Not long. Did you ever PH the pond water? I would also recommend a PH pen, it becomes your lifeline in a jam. As crazy as it sounds I would give it a flush with 6.5 ph water (at least a gallon) then check the runoff PH for 6.5 Then give it an organic feed (organic liquid fert. absorbed quicker) PH at 6.5 and give some time to recover. Then maintain the organic feed. Hope this helps.

Room Temperature - 20-30 Celcius (68 to 86 Farenheit)
Room Square Footage - 20x40 humidity tray + dome
Pests - None known
May 10 - Soaked seed in shot glass for 24 hours.
May 11 - Moved to paper towel + plate method (on heat mat + in humidity dome with both vents open - 50% humidity)
May 15 - Tap root is about 1cm, moved to solo cups, watered cups until 10% run off which happened very quickly, planted seed ~0.5" - 1" deep, misted the top with water, turned on T5 lights(18 hours) above 7" humidity dome.
May 17 - First sign of seedling, misted soil to keep moist.
May 18 - Seedling + shell out of soilless mix, misted soil.
May 19 - Taller seedling, shell still on, DID NOT mist soil as it felt moist.
May 20 - Fell overnight. Removed humidity dome and brought lights down to 2-3" away. Still down in the evening so I removed the shell manually easily. Turned T5 lights on 24 hours.
May 21 - Still down and looks to be dead/dying.
- Note that the soil looks very wet but that's because I take a picture after I've misted the base of the soil.
- I misted the base of the soil with water daily but never lots of water to see a run off.
- Soil is still moist.
- 3 other seedlings not showing yet.

Take the dome off and let the tops dry a little and water/ mist when needed. It appears to have beginning stage of fungus rot. The longer water sits on a seedling in a dome it will suffocate the seedling from fungus growth while trying to brake ground. stop the misting for a day or two and let them dry a little. If you can give them some good sunlight in a window also they love it. Once you have sprouted remove the dome and leave it off. MJ is a weed and does crazy things when stressed so let it be and wait and see if she will come back, its happened many times! keep us posted ! Good Growing !!

It's not a good idea to sprout the seeds together in the same pot; it will cause problems when you try to separate them.

alltatup Colombo I bought a temp/humidity gauge and put it in room, turns out the was a sweltering 97! with 22% humidity! So that is obviously a problem big time. I tested pH of the tap water it's 7.4, flooded the plants and tested runoff, went up just a tick to about 7.6, I realize that tester I'm using isn't the best, so I'm going to go back to pond water, it has fish and turtles in it, and is filtered clear but still plenty of nutrients. I HAVE to get the temp down, I opened it up, and turned off one of the LED's and 1 of my CFL took a crap also, so now I just have 2 CFL's and 1 450 watt LED, but temp is still high at 84, and humidity is about 30%. Those LED's run hot even with fans, how can I cool the froom a bit more, there's plenty of space for air to be drawn in by inline fan from the other room which is a/c. I want to put the other light back on though, any suggestions???

z13 Temperature is a serious problem; I invested in solar panels a couple of years ago and got a good chunk of my money back from govt. I also switched from HPS to LED (I have two grow boxes). I figured I was gonna do it right or go broke trying.
The LEDs max out the grow room temp at around 73, which is a huge improvement over how hot it used to get in there. Each grower has to work with budget, environment and various other circumstances in order to get it right, but I figure that having better harvests because of properly tuning in the grow room environment will ultimately save money.

yea, that's why I switched over to LED's, I'm just surprised they are running hot, I have to check and make sure vent to outside is clear, the inline fan is new, and so is the scrubber, and the fan is almost twice what I was running before, weird.

I run 2 300w LEDs at same time and average 73-75*. I have a 6" intake at floor level forcing cool air in and 6" pulling out hot air at the top. The highest temp was 82 in summer until ac came on and back to 73-75* temps. If you have a crawl space, that's always cool air you can harvest. If you have room a Bucket of ice works in a jam.
The soil is just organic compost, i water and feed. I have 4 plants and this is the only one like it and im worries it will happen to my others. I use mycorrhizal fungi, i have it in a plastic pot, instead of once a week feed i just dilute 1 weeks worth of food with a week worth of water so everyday the feed it 5.5.5 is this correct, if not how should i fees and how often.

Its not good to premix your water/feed and let it sit it changes the ph and go bad quick . You should water /feed once a wk ( mix and use) or more as needed but do not overwater. keep a journal . Make sure your water/feed is at 6.5PH after mix. Your runoff should be the same 6.5. This is the optimum range for all nutes to be absorbed. Plastic pots the roots grow to the sides and in a circular direction and continue to grow that way and eventually root bound.. Growing in fabric pots , the roots grow to the sides and are air pruned starting new root growth and allow the soil to breath .
Its def not a root bound , they look small for 3 gallon pot , you have a nice medium , which is peat moss based with perlite nice hydro medium to be worried for bigger pots and that mix is soilless . U can grow 3-4 feet plant in a 3 gallons with nice medium , check the pictures on internet from commercial growers the newest trend is growing a big root balls in nice medium , root bound affects mostly compact soil/dirt mediums grow organic. If u use any nutritions at least one per week , there is no nut deficiency ,it looks like phosphor . I guess you are indoor so temperatures are ok . Overwatering it may be ,stop watering them with runoff try with small amounts of water so they will dry everyday . People often forget that some genetics and phenos are just week ....
If its rootbound its easy to notice , if u need to water it twice per day you can consider root bound , but dont think so , people will be surprised how big plant you can grow in a small pot with good soilless medium . Most of the problems occur because of overwatering . How often u water them ? Let them dry few days and see the first signs of underwatering on how many days will occur , u will know then if u was overwatering them , the dry top doesnt mean anything , depends of the pots and medium you use .
