Is this plant infected with a fungal disease due to high humidity?

When spraying on the plant, the ventilation system broke down, the humidity reached more than 60%.

There ya go answered your own question. Heading towards bud rot is what to expect without ventilation or air movement.

I haven't sprayed for a few days now so that the humidity does not rise. I used the fungicide solution twice, what do you suggest?

I would isolate it away from other plants if it's got mold white powder mildew. I would remove all dead and dying leaf. I would not spray while lights are on it. I would let soil dry out, you may already have bud rot. Check for rot on stems near buds or inside of buds. Once the plant has rested from leaf removal if it were mine i'd give it a flush with epsom salts this may help bring back the health of soil and roots. I would not feed it till it looks like it's getting healthy. Good luck

Are you sure it’s not just nutrient burn? Maybe a ph problem? How many days was the humidity that high? If it was just a day or 2 I don’t think mold or disease is the issue. Maybe give more info about your grow.

Looks like a root(PH) issue, also with clawing leaves one should check for bugs.
