I was wondering how long before you should give my seedlings full wattage light with my 315cmh. I have been using 145w for about 2.5 weeks now. I think I want to turn up the intensity. I have 215w, 315w, and 345w options.
 
How large are your plants? A 315w can cover approx a 3x3 space. Will you be wasting light by sending photons past the leaves? Unabsorbed light can be costly.
 
Just use it already simpleman.... I already have 360w over my 9 and 5 day old seedlings (Led full spectrum) and going to add another 100w on each side to sprad evenly..Just keep track of the distance between plants and light and keep track of your plants height and leaf health. You will be doing fine...
