First Timer needs help

if you're spooked about topping, just LST. once you get confident, then top the next grow. try and get your temp down some more. Try to keep it below 85
 
Thanks for the video! All plants are topped (yay)! I put a pot of water in the tent until I can grab a humidifier. RH is down to 21%. I'm wondering how I can LST with fabric pots. Don't I need to tape the plants to a side of the pot?

Those little paper clips with the spring you pinch together work great, and I use wire from CAT5 or 6 data cable is you have any around. They are perfect for LST.

Ok so my first attempt at LST is done...what you guys think? Thanks Sonny...I had plenty of data cables laying around. I plan on getting the humidifier today. So thanks to you, my knowledgeable friends, my babies are topped and LSTed and moving right along! I'm so hyped! Thank you all!

Hey guys,
Thanks for all the tips. I took all the good advice, so this is what they look like now. I held off on feeding until Sunday night. I pHed it down to 6.5 with lemon juice. The pH coming out was high at 7.5. That is the last grow feeding because I want to start flowering next week. The bag seed looks like it's ready, but I want the others to grow just a touch more. I topped them last Friday and they are growing back nicely. They were also LSTed for about 5 days. I know I need to flush them, so would that be today or tomorrow if I want to start flowering on Monday? I have a stronger fan on order...should be here by Friday. I have a hose running from outside to provide more passive air. Once I get the new fan, I will run the hose to the weaker fan (65 cfm) to bring in fresh cool air to bring down the temp. I have the tent open, but the temp is still hovering around 82-84. I got a small humidifier but it was too small. I'm going to get a 1.5 gallon today. Do I need this for flowering? Not really sure. I'm really am enjoying this journey and I appreciate all the great input from you guys! So how am I doing? This is now Day 33.​

Thank you King! I posted when I did my LST, but nobody replied. Thought you guys didn't care any more lol! Man, I am sooo ready to start flowering! So when is a good time to flush?
 
I wouldn't flush. Just keep them in the veg state a little longer. But if you want to start flowering just start feeding it flowering nutes. Keep it at half strength. Water the next two times then Nutes. Then water, then nutes etc.
 
I was gonna start flowering on Monday to let them get a little bigger. I've read other posts saying feed, feed, water. So you're saying it's feed, water, water or just the first time? Sorry if that sounds confusing.
