Just harvested one of my plants I put in soil next to my DWC plants. I was going to cull her but my wife suggested to throw in dirt and see what happens. Really glad I did. I mentioned before that I only treated her like a house plant and her nutrients came from my DWC reservoir, so it wasn't ph,d quite right for soil. it was an experiment and I hope it should show anyone who is considering growing but nervous about their first run that it's realatively easy, don't be scared and go for it! Next time I try soil, I will take my info from the GWE site for sure. Also, these soil plants I squeezed in didn't really have a good seat at the table either, but still produced. Nothing huge, but I'm happy with it as it was my first real grow too.
peace!

Dam I have to change my feeding schedule I'm feed my plats on a dwc feeding schedule and the lv of nutrients where higher and I didn't know why

Chowder ! You are going to want each grow to look just like your first grow!!!!
not many people can say that!
Very nice indeed!
:)

Thanks very much for the kind words. I'm very excited bout my first grow and although I learned a lot along the way, I definitely had a little beginners luck!

Sean Winchester If your plants have been looking ok, you're probably ok. Go over to GWE and look up your growing medium (I can't remember what you're growing in): you'll find all the info you need.

I agree, and you get free seeds with each purchase. I got a little excited and bought a little buffet. Lol
I've go some green crack, auto purple kush, on kush, amnesia, lemon haze, northern have, hash passion, coco melon, I'm getting excited typing them out, gotta go see my girls and medicate!

Hey, it's been a while. But to update, I've harvested several plants and the only two left are Sativa, haze strains which are taking longer to mature. My question is that both plants left are the same strain, Amnesia from Cannuk seeds, and they look very different. The front plant looks great, big, filled out buds, just waiting for cloudy tricolmes. However the plant in the back has very tight buds which look like they will not "open" up? Is this normal? Sorry for the poor pic. Thanks

Well Chowder since I have lots of time on my hands due to my buds needing another 13 or so weeks in flower, I volunteer to take the runty one off your hands, poor lil thing...

Sure thing, lol. I seen your current grow, wow! Your plants look awesome. I was just unsure as to why my plants look so different compared to each other. The smaller one just seems to have really compact buds compared to her sister, who really filled out.

Hi, quick update. Harvested last two plants this morning. 5 months to the day from seed, 12.5 weeks flowering. They are both Amnesia ( Cannuk seeds) strain. Very beautiful Sativa dominated haze strain. Been real busy with "real world" stuff, one of which is getting my veggie / other gareden ready for the season. Will back date, and update when things slow down some. Thanks you to all on this site for your shared wisdom and experience. Although I don't always comment , I follow many grows for guidance, so once again thank you and

Me too..woulda loved to be in on the trim.
no doubt your veggie garden will be equally magnificent!
Cheers & 👏 Bravo!

Thank you very much. I have a plan to put a couple plants in my veggie garden this year. Just not sure which strain. Any suggestions for a good outdoor strain? Climate would be the same as the state of Maine.
