The room is in upper floor of my house, I cant have c02 leaking inside rest of house, this is my major concern

Windows and vents need to be shut off. put new seal around the door, you will like water in the room. Shelf are good also but don't worry about the room airtight it just needs to be snug.

Like frame a new room in is the only option

getting new windows and installing central air conditioner in whole house but grow room has a seperate mini split ac

close vents with cardboard and duct tape...install a door sweep of some kind...will be fine....install co2 detector in outside hall prior another bedroom door....

no worries.....

can make a plastic wall enclosure just inside doorway from floor to celling...that will work as well

I have gathered all my equipment, still need to build the dwc system but that wont be a problem.
I wanted to teach myself to grow on small scale before jumping into the larger setup. I feel im ready to make that jump now.

those are monster colas, i stopped plant training due to buds falling over due to weight, going to keep it simple, top twice and im done

I have this one mainlined and a few more it's one of the tallest plants you can grow I think It will be good . I just went 12/12 with her

Those are icky words to throw at a lady! it looks a little messy but I had her in a 24/7 T5 light and went to a 600watt light and didn't want to freak her out . it's a planned grow :tongue-out:

im running in same totes as you but i have 2 net pots per tote. I would run fan to keep things under control. Do you use hydroguard?
my bottoms tend to rot easily in dwc
