Finally able to start construction on my indoor garden, I have c02 planned so I need sealed air tight room. House has plaster walls and ceiling, please advise?

You need it all mylar and I'm not a co2 expert but airtight? nothing around me is airtight LOL You need 2 rooms in that room a flower room and a veg room, if possible bring water into the room.

co2..how will you be getting it.....tank....homemade rig...etc...??

you don't neccecariarly need an airtight room.....using whole room or will you be using a tent inside of room....

Was just discussing co2..or listening. Why/under what conditions is it necessary? What circumstances require that one does the "supplement".

veg isnt important, this will be an all flower room. Going to make a rdwc system. There is a bathroom on otherside of closet wall, plan was to get water supply and drain from bathroom plumbing, maybe small ultility sink in bedroom closet. I only need cold water and my wet/dry vac has an attachment i can buy that will drain water away

Tika they use it on fish tanks also with nice plants I just feel like adding more to the mix is to much for me...But I was drooling at a fish tank planted that I can't duplicate without the co2

Well 2 1000 watt lights hooked together with a scrubber exhaust would be cool but Led would be cheaper

The ceiling is mylar for reflection, but I'd use the sheet boards of it. You mean the air tight no air in or out.
LOL
