I’ve grown with the Flora Trio for a little over a year.... just moved away from it just last week. I have run all of their additives over the course of the last year and here are my opinions on each additive.
Flora Blend- Great for soil, maybe some benefit in Coco but very little, in a DWC based hydro it will do more harm than good.
Diamond Nectar- See Flora Blend
Floralicious Plus- Dark and viscous, difficult to pH solution without a digital pen, again great for soil, benefits in other applications are debatable. Supposedly aids in terpene/flavor development...ehhh, I didn’t notice a difference.
CaliMagic- Best Cal/Mag on the market, I still have it just in case.
Armor Si- The most concentrated Silica supplant on the market, great bang for the buck but doesn’t add much else.
Liquid Kool Bloom- balanced bloom booster, very effective, can be used from translation through the end of flower when used in the appropriate ratio.
Dry Kool Bloom- marketed as a ripening formula, but its phosphorus ratio is through the roof and I wouldn’t recommend feeding that much Phosphorus in the final 2 weeks....can be used gently at transition to initiate flower and again as a boost in mid flower. “Caution†do not use the liquid and dry formulas together and do not use Dry Kool Bloom at more than 50% of the recommended dose when growing Cannabis. This product will stress your plants to the point of possible “hermie†if used at too high of a dose.
FloraKleen-typical flushing agent, cheap and effective. Does what they claim.
SubCulture M & B- Meh...cheaper and more effective alternatives are available. See Great White, Recharge, Xtreme Mycos or any other Mycorrhizae supplement.
