Drying in very prolonged humid conditions....ideas?

Where I live is a very humid part of the country...to say outside is moist would be a tad under-stating things....a bucket of water out there would be desert...anyway, I dry for 3 days, bottle to draw and sweat for 24 hrs max then out to air for another 36-48 hrs before re-bottling...this seems to work for me....if left out constantly then the buds stay at a humidity of 70% roughly and don`t lose the moisture....there is air drafts and far in the background a dehumidifier but carefully monitored....I was wondering what others do in similar circumstances?

I built my drying box to fit in the flowering room- I control the speed of the drying by how many air holes I open or cover on the box. I try to aim for about a week drying time to get to the jarring point. After that it's into jars with hygrometers to moniter the bud. It's usually about 65 RH in the jar at that point.

Pagan, I also live in a very humid part of the dirty South. Last August-Sept. during flower stage, I kept the dehumidifier going all the time to keep the humidity low (40RH). After harvest, I used the dryer that I got with my grow box, kept the buds in the dryer on ON during the day, and turned off the dryer with door open and ceiling fan at night. After 5 days, they were ready to jar and monitor with hygrometers. I've got central ac in my house, but most of the time, the humidity is high inside--if it's 100% outside, it's 60-70 inside.
