Defoliate or not?

These girls are 45 days into flower, I have defoliated 3 or 4 times. Should I just leave them be or defoliated again? I put a 100w cfl below them for the under buds.

I am new but I would open up the bud sites....Peace....Nice Job......WOW......

I agree, I would at the very leaves take off some of the biggest fan leaves Your buds look great!

Right with everyone here. Your plants look great! Ideally you have observed that your buds have benefited from the defol you have already done.
If your plants were my plants I would remove fans that are covering bud sites that cannot get some light or that would restrict air flow. You have plenty to spare and you don't need to do it all at once. A bunch every other day and then a few a day. If they were mine I would thin them out.

Thanks all, I just trimmed them, almost all leaves I trimmed were sugar coated, might make decent smoke. Hands are soooooo sticky
