Day 2 of 12/12, should I thin colas ?

Plants looked sick after flush, but recovered.
Each girl has >25 colas, should I thin them?
Would that make better buds?

I can see down to the soil....From just a topp shot they look really nice....I would leave them alone.....Peace.....

If I remove some of the colas will the buds be bigger or stronger?

Probably best to do more research first. Also google to check the definition of 'cola'. I usually don't do defoliation till after the stretch period. In about three weeks or so.

Yield is based on light and quality on grower talent how ever if u get the maximum yeild for your area and light then u will get the quality

The best answer is- well- depends on what you are looking for. ie I grow medical and want my colas close to the same size and potency, so I am unlikely to trim cola's that are getting equal light.
That said, when I have kept only 8-10 cola's I got some amazing results with larger buds. I can not say my yields were more- just more impressive to the eye.

Here is my timeline of when to trim:

lollipop the plant going from Veg to flower.
Then trim on weeks 1 & 3 in flower, if needed.
