desertdan, if you ever follow a blood trail, of a deer that's been shot with a broadhead, and the coyotes, get there before you do, I promise you will see some aggressive coyotes, they think that is their harvest, and not yours, while dragging my deer out of the woods ,I had to cut pieces of meat off of the deer ,and throw it at the coyotees, it slowed them down for a few minutes, cause they are fighting for that piece of meat.
But soon ,they are back, right behind you, while you are dragging ,the deer out.
Most of the time they are not aggressive, But after they see blood, and get a taste, you got serious problems, on your hands,
Coyotes, are mean where I live,
We see 5-6 snakes, every time we go in the woods. Remember, we are on the banks of the Mississippi River, very swampy, and rich with gators an snakes, they are no problems though., hungry for blood coyotes, are a big problem, in deer woods.
