inspired by Tika's tincture and well besides this and that I'm handy around the kitchen. All by 10am. Kids been asking and I'm guarding them closely !!

Oh those are beautiful cookies!!!! ( mine are called "butt ugly boobies" because they are). Yea..you are indeed handy in the kitchen. I just "gleeked""!
a note on adding things ro cookies- nuts, raisins, etc. that Santa Cruz Labs told me; ..short version is by adding other elements it reduces the over all THC in that if you test your bud and then by its THC count, make butter..make the cookies...adding other stuff reduces that THC measurement in ea cookie.
i sure don't measure/lab test. I just make the butter good and strong.
Those are good looking cookies with or without !
 
I've mentioned this before...chewing up those ABV remnants has given me such a nice, very gentle buzz once they get into my system! Nothing gets."wasted"! 😊

Yea didn't try cookies yet. They get you through the day. The small tincture dose I took earlier is still pumping. Toss a few bongs in there and poof.

I've decided today tincture is better for me. Smoke isn't good for your lungs all the time. Mine is fantastic I'm so pleased with this knowledge.
 
Wondering how much bud or trimmings everyone uses to make the tincture. I know it depends on potency but just a general rule of thumb. How much alcohol to how much plant?
 
Karlee, I'm right with you on this! Most of my stored buds are currently being transformed into tinctures. Love their effects! 🌻🙌
 
Rockman isn't it much better , I found out with my 90 proof one, you need that high proof alcohol to eat up the bud in the jar for the real green dragon so I add 190 to the 90 and over night I could see a line in the middle it was eating it's way down the jar.
And I'm leaving it in the freezer and just filling my dropper bottle so it just keeps getting better. I'm smiling right now :-)

In a quart jar I used 2 1/2 oz ground chunky and filled to just cover the jar, you need room to shake.

In a tall pint jar you can add half pot and just fill it up to cover, let it absorb at first. Shake that one for 5 minutes and it's done. Strain it and keep the green juice use in food , drink , under the tongue is the quickest way into the blood stream. Weeeeee! that first shot is a trip! ;)
 
I'll post the exact what I did. I was scared to take 1/2 ml earlier as I didn't want to be too fucked up. Took about 10 drops or 1/4 ml and was out of body within 10 minutes. Hoping to sleep for 6 hours. You have to decarb the weed first. Perhaps arguments can be made to the latter. Will it work sure. It's always subject to user anyhow. The stuff I made and cooked comes with a stern warning to the user. I'm becoming a fan. Need a way to keep it under the tounge. It's FIRE
 
If you don't chemistry is not properly bonded. Will it work I'm sure yes anyone can argue. Would you all of the sudden not bread the chicken cutlet before frying. That step is arguably crucial to the finished taste and effect
