Is cloneing a immature plant just not gana work or is it just better to take from a fully mature plant??

Wouldn't there be nothing to clone from on an immature plant?
A guide that is used: the plant is mature when you have 4-5 nodes and 5 fingered leaves for cannabis.
At that point you have something to clone.

I thought a plant wasn't fully mature tell the nodes start growing uneven

They still haven't figured out when the human male reaches muturity.

I think a good time to take a few clones is right before you flip the switch to flower. Unless you are growing it as a mother plant and never send to flower.
