Chefbjy Dark Harvest Grow Challenge

Well I've seen your grow station. Here is some of mine. I've been repotting cutting and making a mess. Later today comes the cleaning but here is a small part of mine.

I love my hps/mh but the LEDs do work quiet well. I use both. I cannot say yet that 1 is better than the other actual watts used.

Same here. I've never looked into leds until I ran into heat issues this last summer. I think that light I linked is bad af though 😆.

Not gc photoperiods. Pistils are starting to darken but definitely about 4weeks from my eye. What say you fellow growers? There's a pic of a Skywalker in there too. The one that looks almost like it's foxtailing.

Elemental, kelplex, and Oregonismxl solution today. Lights are going off today at 10:30 a.m. and on at 10:30 p.m.

Clones are looking good, better then previous attempts. Definitely think it's the root riots that are keeping them happy. I've tried in jiffy pellets before but still had to cover them inside my make shift dome. They would just limp over in those. I've tried planting directly into medium and they don't much care for that either. I like how perky they are in the root riots and my dome is just fine for them.

All in all I've taken 7 clones 2 have rooted and are sharing a light with not gc photos. Also have 1 mama mia seedling and a gg#4 clone in the same 4x4. Hoping to veg them out for 5-6 weeks so they can have a tent to themself. So I may just mainline these clones and see if it slows em down. I was thinking scrog but just don't have room atm. With a scrog I'd veg for up to 8 weeks but I already started a type of mainlining.

Instead of using 2 branches for the mainline I have 3. Breaking dominance of one lead branch and using the topped part for the other 2 branches. Just waiting for growth to start phase 2 of the mainline on my gg#4 clone. It's full of vigour and I had to do something to slow it down for the seedling and other clones to catch up.

Can't wait to see flowers on the dgth. I lifted my dome to get a pic and I can smell a little skunk from the clones that aren't even rooted 😆.

Campesino welcome to the wtf are these seeds show 😆. Kinda crazy how these are developing. The one I didn't top has got some crazy orange hairs and covered in pistils. It looks like some kind of hairy monster lmao.
20180929_172430.jpg

The one I broke has some of the biggest buds I've seen 2 weeks or so into flowering. She is the healthiest but behind the not topped plant by what seems like a week from how they are growing. This one has more white pistils and hardly any orange. But stacking more buds then my skywalker that is around 7-10 days older.

The one I topped late isn't giving up her potential and continues to develop nicely. I also did some supercropping to this one late and then continued to supercrop some developing colas. Sure isn't stacking like the other two though. I'm not sure if we even got the same strain Campesino. But I'll tell you that these smell awesome. The smell isn't different at all so they aren't just random beans. Who put these beans on that truck is what I want to know rofl. Probably the same person that screwed my other order up 😆. I'm giving seedsman one more chance to send me the right products this time.

Here's my skywalker too.

Started the dgth on flower regiment. Been brewing different teas for different plants, but now we're all caught up and getting the same teas every other girl is. Kelp, phosphate, humic acids, ewc, fish bone meal, langbeinite, sugar and molasses. Added liquid bone meal to the not gc photos tea. The soil is bone dry light af and they still seem to droop everytime I water them. Not over or under watering guess they just relax after getting hydrated idk.

Tent is filling in nicely and I had to move all of them 6-8 inches from the walls. My exhaust is pulling my tent walls in and they were growing flat up against the walls. Gnats are leaving them be, for the most part I think they're gone.

These girls have some super long pistils and stipules. Stretch has been minimal but I'll have to raise my light tonight. They're getting pretty bushy and are due for another haircut. Can't wait to see some budlets on these girls 😉.

Well the rain brought us some warmer weather...go figure lol. Unfortunately clouds trapped the humidity in the air as well. Running pretty warm just before lights out, not ideal conditions for flowering plants. If I wasn't forced to put them in the tent in my shop temps would be better and I'd just have to create more air flow. If humidity is high tomorrow I'll have to defoliate some. Don't want to lose them to mold/rot. So leafy and I feel I should be taking some off anyways.

DrPhoton has steered me away from defoliating and it's worked out to benefit me, so I'm hesitant. Last auto run I didn't defoliate, barely pruned, and got almost the max of breeder specs (off by 4g). I should have done a side by side, maybe next time 😉. I'm still concerned with humidity though so I may have to give them a haircut tomorrow.

Battling some gnats atm that rain stirred them up laid down some bti, hung fly strips, and made a trap with apple cider vinegar. I'll be getting in there tomorrow with an alcohol solution and try not to soak my buds. I'll have to wait to de since they need watered tomorrow too. Not sure how they're getting in though since the room is pretty much sealed. I've taken IPM steps for my soil that's under the top soil and forgot about treating the top. Note to self treat the top soil after you transplant 😆. So they may have inhabited my open bag before I potted up on my clones I threw in there facepalm. Another lesson learned 😉. Well can't go without giving you guys some pics 😃.

What strains are those again? I love the size and shape of them.

I like the taste, smell, and high from Carmelicious autos but they just get so big and unruly. They do produce alot ot bud though. This is my second grow of that strain.
