Canadian Weed Forum (closed) who’s here?

-38 here in Central Alberta this morning with a windchill of -47. Real winter has shown it's ugly self again. Damn cold by any scale.
 
All Y'all up north can keep this cold ass air! A few days ago the weather lady said coldest air in 10 years coming. Yesterday she said coldest air in 20 years is moving in Tuesday, I wont be anywhere near -40.
Sounds like this forum ran out of money (for repairs etc.), or interest in keeping it going, but thats just a guess.

Yeah. I saw on the news that you might be getting a Sasquatch hunting season. I hear there lots of them down there.
 
I had a family member work at CFB Yellowknife for a decade. Wish i would have taken the opportunity to go up there when i could have.
 
Make sure you do it. That is one of the most beautiful natural inlets in the world...IMHO. That area boasts the 3rd largest rain forest in the world....
 
Your not missing much by not having gone to Yellowknife IMO. I personally am not a big fan of that city. I've lived all over the NWT and NU over the past 35 years, small towns are great apart from the lack of amenities. Makes a guy appreciate the vacations when they happen.
 
Grizzly's are amazing to see in the wild until they start advancing towards you. lol.
I was in the great bear rainforest 2 years ago and had a momma grizz and 2 cubs sniffing at our cabin door. I had pepper spray and a 6 inch knife for protection. Glad they decided to walk away.
