Juicyj89 it was a physics statement. Basically meaning that airy buds will fill up a 32oz jar the same way dense buds do...only the jar of airy buds will physically weigh less if the 2 jars are the same size and full.
 
Oh damn i almost forgot! My light came in today. Yi-Create "600w" led. Id say im pleased so far, with the overall quality and it seems waaay brighter than my 150hps. Guess we'll see what happens!

Is it just me, or does your new light have a few diodes out already? Maybe the gaps in light are designed to be that way?

I'll play if you answer some questions. How long ago did you cut those down? Are they hard as a rock or soft? I am not guessing until. But 40 to 200 grams depending on your answer.
 
Well i cut them @ 12am Wednesday. Id say they're pretty in between consistency. Firm but they give a little.
 
I jump in here Wasp. I would have waited another week at least. You see all those white pistils (hair)? I like them to start turning brown and turn inward. Your buds would have swollen some more. But don't be discouraged, they will still get you were you want to be. I like to use a jewelers loop so I can harvest just at the right time. All cloudy with just a touch of amber. I would be proud of those buds if they where mine, Juice.
 
Thanks king. And i know all of that. But really theyre all unstable variables. Not all plants pistils turn and some also put out new ones. I checked multiple top colas and there was amber in at least a few spots. Maybe they would have swollen a little more but it could have also put my ass in ths ground. (Couchlock) i am proud. Thanks.
 
I harvest my Indicas like this. First sign of amber and I chop. Now sativia, I’ll wait the extra week or so and harvest when 20% turn amber. Since we don’t know if this bag seed was indica dominant or sativa dominant, we can all have our opinions... no ones will be any more or less imprortant/correct than the others will be.
 
Lol Toker1 never said I was right. That's why I left it for others to answer. But some weight lost there.

I always say I let mine go longer than everyone else. I just think he could have had a good bit more in a week or 2. IF you want wake me up smoke it looks about right. No idea what he wants.
 
Redwasp sorry if it sounded that way... what I meant to say was if we asked 10 growers what the best harvest window was we would probably find 11 different correct answers.
Personally I am not a fan of that sleepy couch lock feeling. I would rather harvest a few ozs of the more uplifting stuff than a few lbs of stuff that makes me fall asleep. 💤
Just my opinion.
 
IM the complete opposite. I mean I’m young and active but I need something to calm me down, lower the anxiety and control emotional impulses
