Im having 2 veg plants and Im planning to use ONA but without stagnant air to go out through the window. Can the smell of plants harm my (soon) new baby born?

No, the smell of the plants won't hurt anyone. Some people are sensitive to handling the plants when harvesting them or doing maintenance, especially when in full flowering mode. Air born pollen is not an issue unless you have any male plants that bloom and release pollen_cannabis male plants have the "flowers" and the female plants have the receptors_ the calyx_ where if pollenated seeds will form. Unless you want to breed plants you don't want that to happen.
If you're going to use Ono make sure you DO NOT use it in the same room you have your plants in_ or it will completely ruin the taste, fragrance, etc. Even if you use it in an adjacent room make sure your grow room is completely closed off and that the smell (of the Ono) is completely gone before opening the grow room door. That would be for the spray. If you use the canisters only use them in adjacent rooms and don't let any of that air into the grow room.

My daughter will be born about the same time my plant babies go to flower in August. My wife doesn't partake so no transfer through breast milk.
The smell of plants, will harm no one, not even newborns.
I have a carbon filter in my grow room for stealth...my in laws don't need to know I grow when they visit the baby.

I get a stuffy nose once full flower starts. I deal with allergens willingly. If I had an infant I'd fix my ventilation and install HEPA filters on my exhaust. It is not fair to the baby to just wait and see if they are ok with insane amounts of pollen inside their house.

I'm curious...what part of the female cannabis flower is causing you to have a stuffy nose? My wife and my mother have significant allergies but my flowering ladies do not bother them at all. As Zigzag stated female flowers do not produce any pollen. In fact I would say flowers take particles out of the air, due to their sticky nature. But I know different people are allergic to different things. That's got to be tough to have an allergy to your hobby.
As far as my little ones go, the grow room is in the garage attached to the house. Every time we open the garage door to get to the washer and dryer we get a breeze of flowering ladies. Never have the babies seemed irritated by the smell. I think they like it because it smells like Daddy.
